Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Print & Animate, a sole proprietorship based in Michigan (“we”) for using printandanimate.com.

What you buy

A purchase unlocks watermark-free video rendering for the mug set you chose (white, black, accent, or all three), for the one design you had loaded when you paid. A different or edited image needs its own purchase. Videos are made in your browser; you can make them as many times as you like. Your unlock is saved in the browser you paid from. The email we send has a link for using it in another browser, where you choose the same image file again.

Your designs

You must own the artwork you use or have permission to use it. You keep all rights to your artwork and to the videos you make with it, and you may use those videos to sell your own products.

Previews

The free preview carries a “NOT FOR SALE” watermark and may not be used with the watermark removed or hidden. Videos can only be made for sets you have bought.

Accuracy

Videos are realistic renders, not photographs. Colors and print placement are close to, but may differ from, the printed product.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
