The 11oz mug prints a slightly shorter area than the 15oz. If the top or bottom of your design gets cut off on the 11oz preview, add a version made for 11oz in the second box. Exact sizes are in the table below.

Buy clean videos
Each purchase is for the one image you have loaded right now. Make as many videos of it as you like, in every mug color in the set. A different or edited image needs its own purchase.
Payment is through Stripe. After paying you come straight back here with your design still loaded, ready to make videos. We also email you a link for using your purchase on another computer (you'll choose the same image file again there).
One design, two mug sizes
On white and accent mugs, the 11oz print area is the same length around the mug as the 15oz but not as tall (8.25 × 3.85 in vs 8.25 × 4.25 in). Black mugs print a slightly shorter, narrower area in both sizes (7.76 × 3.62 in and 8.16 × 4.22 in). A design made for one size loses part of its top and bottom on the other. Upload your 15oz version, add a separate 11oz version if you have one, and each size uses its own artwork in its videos.
How it works
Everything renders on your own computer. Your design never leaves your browser, and nothing is uploaded to us.
Why the watermark? The free preview lets you check your design on every mug before paying. “NOT FOR SALE” is stamped across the preview. Buying a set lets you make and download its videos with no watermark.
Cropping. Mugs print on a fixed area. Fill mode scales your image to cover the whole print area, and the parts that stick out (shown in light red) are cut off. Fit mode shows your whole image with blank space around it.
What you're buying. Each purchase is for one design. Make as many clean videos of it as you like, in every color in the set. For a new design, buy again. Using another computer? Open the link in your receipt email there, then choose the same image file. The design doesn't load by itself, because it's never uploaded.
Putting a video in your shop. Each video downloads as an MP4 file (look in your Downloads folder). On a computer, the "make and download" button for a whole set gives you every video in one ZIP file; double-click it to open the videos. In Shopify, open the product and drag the file into the Media box. Etsy listings have a video slot on the listing's photos page.
