This policy explains what Print & Animate, a sole proprietorship based in Michigan (“we”) collects when you use printandanimate.com.
Your designs stay on your device
The mug videos are made entirely in your own browser. The images you add are never uploaded to us, and we never see them.
What we collect when you buy
- Order details: your name and email address, passed to us by Stripe when you pay, and which mug set you bought.
- Design fingerprint: a short code worked out from your image file in your browser, plus the file’s name. It lets your purchase work only for that design. The code can’t be turned back into your image, and the image itself is never sent.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to unlock your purchase and to email you your receipt and unlock link. We don’t sell or rent your information and don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who helps us
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (order emails) process data on our behalf to provide those services.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your unlock is saved in your own browser’s storage so you don’t have to sign in. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites.
How long we keep things
Order records (name, email, what you bought, what you paid) are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting.
