You can view every mug free, with a watermark, before you buy, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

If it doesn’t work for you

If you can’t make clean videos after buying (for example, your browser can’t encode video), email orders@printandanimate.com within 14 days and we’ll help, or refund you in full.

Change of mind

Because an unlock is a digital product that takes effect immediately, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind after you’ve made clean videos.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
